The scriptures like the Ramayana and the Mahabharata contain plenty of management lessons that one can apply both in professional and in personal life. The book attempts to throw light on these management lessons. These management lessons play important role in decision-making both at the workplace and at home. The book discusses lessons on management, strategy, leadership, and ethics from the scriptures like the Ramayana and the Mahabharata which one should employ in life to be a better manager, successful person, and ideal human being. The book can be utilized for both academic and non-academic purposes. There are ten chapters in the book The author has quoted the stories from Ramayana and the Mahabharata and wrote his interpretations. Lord Ram, Lord Krishna, and Lord Hanuman are considered great managers. They have established many management as well as philosophical principles which should be followed by us and future generations. The author has written separate chapters on each of these managers. Since these are interpretations of the author, the readers are free to disagree. The author doesn’t impose his views and interpretations on the readers.
