Hello friends, I am Dr. Pranita Mishra, as a writer, want to draw everyone’s attention to this problem through my book, which everyone is ignoring. For centuries, there has been talking in the world of education about making students’ education interesting, useful, and accessible, but we are ignoring another important member of the education system, no one is paying attention to it, that when Unless the teacher is mentally and physically healthy, how will he/she create a healthy learning environment. My book is an attempt to highlight the problems of all those teachers whether they belong to the private sector or government, primary level or higher that is how teachers are taken away from teaching work by seeing additional workload and then they are expected to maintain high-level teaching quality.
