This book is about falling and rising. About carrying too much and learning to put some of it down. About performing life and then, finally, choosing to live it instead. It is personal, deeply, uncomfortably personal. But it is also, I believe, universal. Because the human experiences the loneliness, the striving, the love that doesn’t quite land the way we hoped, the slow discovery that you are both more capable and more worthy of rest than you knew, that is not my story alone.
