He was awarded with the “Sir Stapleton’s Commonwealth Fellowship” of England to carry out post-doctoral research at the Dairy and Swine Research and Development Centre, Lennoxville (Québec), Canada. He visited Boston (U.S.); Zürich, Interlaken, Jungfraujoch, Luzerne [Switzerland]; Singen (Hohentwiel, Germany); Bon Accueil, Port Louis (Mauritius); Budapest (Hungary); Bangkok (Thailand) and observed some cow barns, as being a patron – member of “International Society for Krishna Consciousness”. He was the recipient of a project from the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, as Principal Investigator on “Bypassing dietary fats from biohydrogenation for improving product quality in ruminants”. He guided and co – guided Post – Graduate students as well as taught for over three decades. He was a member of the “Academic Council” of G.B. Pant University, which is known as the Harbinger of the Green Revolution.
