Breeze

The book under consideration is a collection of poems—poems rooted in memories. Typically, when a person is broken, they either sink into depression or become engulfed by a sense of deprivation. One night, at two in the morning, my wife suddenly felt severe pain in her chest, and within moments, she fainted in my arms. Her last words were, “Please forgive me.” Those words still echo in my ears, stirring a storm of emotions within me.
