Currently serving as the Head of the Department of Education at Gaya College, Gaya, Dr. Dhananjay Dheeraj is a renowned educationist of the country. After completing his Master’s degree in Education from the Regional Institute of Education, Bhubaneswar (NCERT), he also earned his Ph.D. degree from the same institution. The author has also been a National Resource Person with SCERT Bihar and the Regional Institute of Education (NCERT), Bhubaneswar. He has held various administrative positions in national and international educational organizations. For the past 16 years, he has been contributing as a resource person in seminars, workshops, and other academic activities in the field of education. For his outstanding contribution to education, he has been honored with the Shiksha Ratna Award and the Lifetime Achievement Award.
